On June 12, the Memphis Redbirds earned the “Rallybirds” title again after beating their adversary, the Gwinnett Stripers, 4-3. Rain delayed the game by an hour and 15 minutes, but eventually, the play was begun, and the game went three hours and 41 minutes. Not long after the commencement of the game, John Nogowski floated a soft single into center field, obtaining a goal for Memphis, which was subsequently overwhelmed by 3 goals from the opponent until the bottom of the seventh. Juan Yepez scored two runners by lacing a double to the left-central gap, bringing the game to a draw. Memphis' victory was finalized in the bottom of the eighth when Conner Capel lofted a high fly across the left-field line. A proud affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals for over two decades, the Memphis Redbirds have claimed one Triple-A National Championship and four League Championships. The team frequently updates its social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter) with the latest developments. Ticket information for events can be accessed at memphisredbirds.com/tickets.
