A recent graduate of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Garrett Gambill holds a bachelor of arts in kinesiology. Previously, he attended Briarcrest Christian High School in Memphis, TN, where he served as class chaplain and a member of the Beta Upsilon Chi fraternity. Garratt Gambill plans to begin a physician’s assistant program in 2021.
To gain experience in the medical field, Mr. Gambill has served as a medical assistant with Advanced Dermatology and Skin Cancer Associates for the past several years. In addition to preparing patients for exams and scribing during exams, he has been trained to assist surgeons in MOHS micrographic surgeries, which involve the precise removal of cancerous skin tissue.
Active with several charitable organizations, Mr. Gambill has volunteered for various events at Graceland in Memphis, TN, and has worked with the Elvis Presley Car Show to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. In his free time, Mr. Gambill enjoys listening to music and spending time with friends. A fitness enthusiast, he works out at the gym five or six days a week.
